Having an open house? Be sure your guests learn all they can about the property with a Home Book. Includes a flier and 15 copies, and all the documentation you want to include: Covenants and restrictions, plats and deeds, property disclosure statement, MLS sheet, property tax information, budget billing, a map to the property, additional photos, survey data, community statistics, and whatever else you want to include. The format is a 1/2-inch, 3-ring binder with plastic sheet protectors containing the documentation. It holds up to (roughly) 60 pages (30 sheet protectors with 2 pages each).
